They Say Love...

They say love can be bought: I say love is a gift.

They say love is just hormones: I say love is deeper, stronger than that.

They say love is like the wind: You can't see it; but you know it's there. I say you can see the love of Christ shining in people's eyes.

They say love is weak; I say it's the strongest thing in the world.

They say love is blind: I say love sees all faults, but still loves nonetheless.

They say love can be lost: I say true love cannot ever be lost; if it's lost, it was not love in the first place.

They say that no one can love unconditionally: I say Unconditional Love is the only kind.

They say love is proud, boasting: I say love is humble.

They say love is all about the physical stuff: I say love goes beyond anything physical.

I say They have never known true love; so who are They to say what love is??? we do not really know what love is until we have experienced the awesome, unconditional love that God has for us. He loves us so much that He gave His unly begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him will not perish, but have everlasting life. I pray that They learn what true love is, and are speechless in awe of the awesome god we serve. He is the LORD of all love, and no one can love more fully; more deeply than he does.

John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.

John 15:13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

1 Corinthians 13:4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,

5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

Colossians 3:14 And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.

1 Timothy 1:5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:

1 Timothy 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

1 Peter 4:8 And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover

2 Peter 1:7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

Revelation 2:19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
